Nanotech Reaches Oklahoma

The Oklahoman reports on  a tennis racket that uses nanotechnology to make it 22 percent more powerful (althoiugh we’d  be curious to see the improvement in horespower or kilowatts) and a washing machine that “does not use hot water but uses silver ions instead.” Discovering  a bunch of stuff that has been around for five years shows, apparently, that the “State is leading the way with nanotech,” and no doubt the folks at the Oklahoma Nanotechnology Initiative must be beating their heads against the wall in frustration at the lousy local reporting.
