The dispute between Porton Capital and 3M has taken a new twist with 3M countersuing for “blackmail”
According to the Guardian the CEO of Porton has threatened that Knighthood recently awarded to the British born CEO of 3M would be “reconsidered” by the Prime Minister unless the company forks over at least $30m.
I’ve had a few problems with investors & partners in the past, but this one is in a different league!
